Demolition is the part of a yard project people forget to budget for, and then it turns out to be the thing holding everything else up. Breaking out an old concrete slab, a failing wall, or a dead lawn is straightforward work; getting the material off the property is the expensive half, and it is where quotes quietly differ from each other. Ours includes the haul-away and the disposal, so the number you agree is the number. We break out concrete and asphalt, take down failing walls and rotten fencing, strip lawns and overgrowth, clear hillside brush, and grub out root balls — then leave the site graded and clean enough for the next stage to start the same week.

Break Out & Haul

Grade & Hand Over
Ground cleared and levelled so the wall, the pavers, or the planting can start straight away.
