Our Story
Millan's landscaping is an independent business run by Everardo Millan, built around a simple position: the part of a job you cannot see is the part that decides how long it lasts. A retaining wall is its footing and its drainage. A paver patio is its base. An irrigation system is its zoning. Those are exactly the things a cheap quote leaves out, and exactly the things that cannot be put right later without taking the whole thing apart again.
From our base at 329 West Cerritos Ave in Glendale we cover Los Angeles County — Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge, South Pasadena, Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Alhambra, the San Fernando Valley, Monterey Park, Arcadia, Beverly Hills, Culver City, San Gabriel, and Sierra Madre. Retaining walls, paver stone, fences, irrigation, real and synthetic grass, tree trimming, demolition, and complete landscaping and maintenance.
The other half of it is doing the whole yard with one crew, in the right order. Demolition, grading, hardscape, irrigation and planting are not separate jobs that happen to share an address — each one constrains the next, and building them out of sequence means building some of them twice. Handling all of it ourselves also means there is nobody to pass the blame to when something does not line up.
