Landscaping in Arcadia, CA

Arcadia has the largest properties on our list, and larger properties are where a vague quote causes the most trouble. A price given on square footage alone tends to mean either a rushed job or a bill that grows, so we scope these area by area and put the whole thing in writing before anything starts.

The work itself tends to be substantial: full irrigation systems with real zoning rather than everything on one valve, paver driveways and entries that have to carry vehicles, and a lot of mature tree and hedge work. The trees here are worth protecting — properly trimmed to the branch collar rather than topped, which is permanent damage dressed up as maintenance. Once a property is built out, most owners keep us on a recurring schedule to hold it.
